Our Story
Dr. Wanda Powe is the founder of Diversified Solutions PreK-12. At an early age, Powe discovered the aspiration to become an educator. She began her teaching profession as an elementary school paraprofessional. She would eventually climb her way up the career ladder from certified teacher to assistant principal.
Throughout her career, she has witnessed the struggles some students faced in the classroom and beyond which, at times, impeded their learning and adversely affected their social emotional development. In retrospect, Powe realizes that she, along with many of her colleagues, had been impacted by the challenges their students faced but in many ways were ill-prepared for the unforeseen circumstances. How can educators prepare students for careers and life, in general, without specialized training and a proactive approach to decrease the likelihood of future issues? Needless to say, it is impossible.
Today, as a school leader and longtime educator, Powe understands that in order to address the major challenges facing education, a one-size fits all approach is not suitable, as it fails to take into account the holistic needs of each unique situation. Thus, the idea of providing resources and support to both students, including those with special needs and educators, alike, is at the heart of what really matters. Whether you are a parent seeking to redefine your student’s success or an educator in need of refining your knowledge and skills, you have come to the right place. When solutions meet diversity, the unimaginable becomes possible!

Testimonial
The tutoring sessions have been a game changer for my son in 3rd grade. He used to struggle with reading, but now he’s excited to pick up a book every night. The consultant not only supported him academically but also boosted his confidence. I can’t thank them enough!
