Take it to the S.E.A. and Breathe: A Breathtaking Approach to SEAmotional Intelligence
We offer training that helps participants recognize, understand, and manage big emotions before they take control. Using the Take it to the S.E.A. and Breathe approach, we guide individuals through practical strategies for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Through interactive activities, reflection, and breathing techniques, participants learn how to calm emotional waves, respond with clarity, and build healthier habits for both personal and professional growth.
Online Tutoring: Triple 10 Promise
Through our online tutoring, you can connect with experienced tutors from the comfort of your home and learn at your own pace. We are committed to providing high quality English Language Arts and math tutoring at an affordable rate with a low scholar-teacher ratio. With this commitment comes a Triple Ten Promise: $10 dollars per hour, 10-week sessions (Mondays and Wednesdays) and 10 students per class. This assurance will not only help minimize teacher workload and stress levels but maximize a more conducive teaching and learning experience.
Parent Workshop
We offer parent workshops designed to equip families with practical strategies to support their child’s learning and growth. Our sessions focus on strengthening home-school connections, building effective communication skills, and providing parents with tools to navigate academic and social-emotional challenges. We create an engaging, supportive environment where parents gain knowledge, share experiences, and leave empowered to advocate for and guide their child’s success.
